Ummmmm can we not read English..then when i went to return it in the drive thru the manager was rude...and told me i had to go around the other side of the building to the trash can and throw it away, it fell outta my hand and he said he was going to call the police because i just littered...and that's 1000.00 fine. I just laughed and picked it up..took forever to get a new one so i said i don't want it i want a refund..i know better to go there, this is not my first issue with poor service..

This is always my go to location because it's quick and service is always top notch. They never have enough salt on their fries but that's probably just me being unhealthy haha

Hit up McD's with the family, order was a mess, service was a bummer. Major letdown. the hype crashed hard when the order came out all wrong. Missing items, no smiles from the crew—left us with a craving and a case of the fast-food blues. Not the treat we expected! ??

The lady that works up there was so rude. Told my kids dad he couldn’t retrieve my food after I already sent him up there claiming he needed to cancel it because she wasn’t going to give it to him all I did was place the order on the app I’ve sent him for my food plenty of times. He had to leave without my food and I’m unable to cancel my order so I’m stuck having to spend more gas to go get my food when they could have made it and gave it to him. She was so rude and impatient and when I called the manager simply offered to have it made fresh if we came back and grabbed it! Horrible customer service I will not be eating here again! My kids dad said there were more people standing around than people actually working as well. I definitely would not recommend. Oh and my kids fries were not fresh. As usual.

Ordered breakfast online before the 10:30 cut off and because the person who was to pick it up wasn't there by 10:30 they got there at 10:31 I am now not getting my food what kind of good customer service is this ....really one minute!

Far from fast food! I waited 20 minutes to get my food and it was cold, dry and not prepared correctly. Staff did not respond when I asked for service. I saw 10 drive through customers come in and complain about their order while I was still waiting for mine. Store was clean but the staff all looked irritated and grumpy.

I must start by saying we NEVER eat Mcdonalds but today i decided to stop and get my 2 year and I lunch. I did a mobile order and waited about 15 min before i finally went in to ask where my food was. The lady asked for my order number, i went back out and got my phone and it didnt have a number on it, I only had my reciept showing what I ordered and the price. They didn't have my order at all, the manager working asked for my card to refund me at this point it was 11:45am and I had to be to logged into work at 12pm. I started crying as I didnt have my card or entire wallet with me. A nice customer tried offering her card as she didn't know what was going on and the manager said no I am trying to refund her, i thanked her as that was so nice. I said i'm sorry i dont want a refund i just want my food, i have to work in 15 minutes i dont have my card. She ended up refunding me cash and getting my food out very quick, i said i did not expect a refund she said its the least I could do since you waited so long. She was so nice and understanding I had to write a review about my experience <3. Happy Thanksgiving, this is what kindness is about.
