This establishment will never get my business again ! My wife put in an order 03/22/2024 around 3 o'clock in the afternoon for pick up at 715 pm and it wasn't reads was told to wait another 15 minutes and she did and our order still wasn't ready ! She asked for the manager only to be insulted and kinda belittled by this manager! We had guest we were entertaining and this really ruined our night . To said manager I will be taking this up with someone there other than you big man no way would you have talk to me the way you talked to my wife you condescending prick!

Not happy at all. $50 for cold food. It was 40 min late. 20 mins late I called the store and they told me drive is 5 mins away. That was not right. Called again at 35 mins late and was told the drive had 3 orders before me and he was 2 mins out. Was not happy at all. Don't know if I'll order from here again.

I ordered a large Pepperoni pizza and garlic knots. Got home with some else’s delivery order. Called back to get the correct order. I was told that they can’t track my order and I would receive a refund. I then told them that I did not want to refund that I wanted the pizza that I paid for. Then I asked to speak to the manager to get the pizza made again. I heard the manager tell the employee to just hang up the phone. I met a ride at the store for the second time in one night For them to have made a cheese only pizza. We just left. I hope they remakes the person pizza we brought home originally. Not a great experience.

What is the point of ordering ahead for a specific time if when you get there they say it will be another 45 min. I ordered 2 hours ahead. And three other people came in and were told their orders would be another hour. Absolute nonsense.

Ordered 10 hours in advance for delivery at 6:00 pm. At 6:30 we called and they stated the orders would be delayed by an additional 10 minutes due to the ovens being down. ETA was 7:15. At 7:30 we called and they infor.ed us the ovens were down. We had to call them to find this out. A courtesy call an hour prior would have been appropriate.

The pizza is great, but it would be more convenient to me if I could call to order pizza, I always end up on the phone with someone in another country, exchange information, and no pizza arrives, what's the deal with that? It's the same for Pizza Hut as well ...
Military friendly pizza restaurant. Good service overall, consider this place if you’re a service member, they’ve never denied me a discount and the pizza is much better than most options nearby.Parking: Parking is relatively spacious but gets really packed during peak hours.

Be careful when calling in an order to this location. They are using a call center verses answering the phone themselves. The trouble started when they took my bank card and indicated it was declined. Turns out they ran my card 4 times and took almost 150.00 from my account. I had to dispute it with my bank and it has turned into a huge headache. All this because we wanted a pizza! Never again at this franchise location

Not impressed it took them 90 min to deliver 2 pizzas when I ordered at 430. Stay away from the new York style pizza, that's just their large stretched out. Not worth it. And they upcharge almost $5 for delivery.

Waited an hour for the pizza. When my wife called they said, “I’m no expert but the bag will keep it warm”. When I picked it up after my wife asked them to remake the pizza for us to pick up we were told they refuse to do business with us again.
