So I’ve been coming here about seven years. It’s changed a lot over the time. Not real sure what’s been happening over the last year or so but seems to be a lot of turnaround. Just figured that’s the nature of the business, but the last time I ordered through DoorDash was the first Time they ever messed my order up. not only did they not make the pizza right but then didn’t include the meatballs which are $12. I will say though I have never been treated rudely or had a bad experience with the staff. They are all super casual and I love that about the place. I do completely love their food and it is my kids favorite pizza place. They get the chicken garlic pizza and I get the Mediterranean chicken with fresh tomatoes instead of sun-dried.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!I Ordered online but when I arrived to pick up my order at the time my order was supposed to be ready I was told it was gonig to be a few minutes cause they were still "working on it" I didnt see any pizza being made, there was nobody in the store when I walked in so why was I waiting for something I ordered 30mins ago?? But what made it even worse was that a man walked in after me, he received his order before I did, and I still had to wait another 10minutes after he left for my order. I'll never come to this location again!!

Putting the cluster into Charlie Foxtrot. 5 teenage looking boys working the place, all standing around doing nothing. Lost the order, accused me of going to wrong store. Finally find the order they put the wrong name on it. Missing the other 2/3rds of the order and being snotty about it when i asked for the rest of my order. This is why I normally go to the gold coast location, just didn't want to make the drive.

Odered online for pick up so I would not have to wait at the store. I waited the 30 minutes at home like I was suppose to then went to the store to pick it up. They had not even made my order yet when I got there. When i asked why my order was not ready I was told "we are really busy" although I was the only customer there. The reality in my opinion is they overlooked my order and wouldn't admit it.

3 guys and 1 girl up front. Walked in. Was asked you here to pick up? Nope, I need to place an order, That will be a few mins. Finally, after a few mins, the guy at the register waits on a man that came in after me. Didn't know how to give a Millitary discount, asked for help, the So-called manager makes it a point to tell him FOUR times, That's only on Thursdays but this is how it's done, all while customer is listening, then as the guy taking my order is starting the So-Called manager interrupts his as he yells across the room "When you don't know something just ask first" so after all this B.S. the only one actually doing any work is the girl, as the cashier, the other guy, and the so-called manager went to the back to chat with another guy doing nothingParking: Nowhere to park, lousy at best

my husband and I had placed an online order to pick up. we arrived at the pick up time to find out it was not even done yet because they did not hear the order come threw when they were not busy at all, just standing there . after our pizzas were done, one was not made correctly so had to go back in and have them fix it and the "manager" was rude about it as he dropped the pizza down on the counter . we will definitely not be going back to this location ever again, pretty sad this is the only location we have ever had any issues with.
Papa Murphy's has always had the best Pizza I just wish that they would have a thin crust in the medium size pizza since it's usually just me eating it and I don't need to have a large hanging around but Papa Murphy's that's always been my favorite outside of me making my own

Good pizza but the front side of the place is usually dirty and has visible trash (receipts and napkins) the two times I've been there.

I online ordered yesterday a vegetable thin crust pizza with extra cheese. Their website was easy to use. I asked for a 5:00 pm pickup time, and when I arrived, my pizza was ready. The pizza was good, but I find it hard to believe there was "extra" cheese on it.
