GREAT pizza! - it's the best I've had at the Hut anywhere (that's a lot of places). AND GREAT service - The people here have it wired - you can tell from the delicious pizza but they don't EVER get your order wrong and the service is perfect. The franchise has some quirks I don't love and the Pizza Hut App could drive me to serial crime, but if you want a great pizza (or 5) at a good price (shop the deals) don't go anywhere else. Seriously, if I moved closer to a different Hut around Omaha, I'd still come here. I recommend the Thin and Crispy (trust me on this), but you can't go wrong at this Hut.Vegetarian options: Most of their dishes can be customized - vegan is totally fine. They don't offer vegan cheese, but you don't need it here anyway. Just ditch the cheese and get some chopped tomatoes, mushrooms and banana peppers. If you're lacto-ovo, you'll love the same with light cheese. They are cool about it here and will not screw you over like a lot of places around here.

Neither of us felt like cooking tonight. We decided on pizza. This was a great choice! The app made it easy (wish I could set a later pick up time, though), and the food was great as usual. I really do love their cheese bread!

When they actually have product, its good. Two out of three times they never have stuffed crust available. Today they failed to have that and any of the pasta. Not sure if its a specific store issue, or a supply chain issue that they have no control over.
A door dash driver completely destroyed our order for delivery last night and the night manager immediately refunded us with no hesitation. He was short staffed and had to open delivery up with door dash due to not having a driver that night. While it was a discouraging situation it was not Pizza Huts fault at all. Food still looked quality all jumbled up lol. 0 stars for door dash 5 stars for Pizza Hut.

Got there waited 10 minutes till someone helped us and waited another 10 minutes for food after payments ended up Giving us wrong order asked us to bring it back then gave us right order promised to reimburse and give back hut rewards points and didn't see any of it. Complete waist of time and effort

This store uses a 3rd party to deliver their pizzas. Did not receive my delivery so I called the store, they would not research the original delivery, redeliver or refund. I was left to call the store manager--THE NEXT DAY. (What about my kids dinner tonight?) Terrible customer service!!!
