I've always had a great experience at this store. The servers are always happy to help and upbeat. The chicken is always well cooked and crispy, very tasty.
Very fast service. The food is decent as well. Not my go to place for chicken, but it is a good go to when the family is hungry. It is a little pricey, but for the service your receive it's worth it.Parking: The parking can be spotty at times since it's in a small area, but you rarely have a long wait time for your food.Wheelchair accessibility: There is an area for wheelchair accessibility.

this used too be my favorite fast food place in omaha until i just had the worst experience of my life they told me to park and 20 minutes and they don’t bring out my food so i go in and they tell me they forgot to make it. i don’t know if it’s because of my race but i did not appreciate that type of behavior while a whole family next to me got their food in about 3 minutes. also they were very rude about me asking for food and processed to roll their eyes in the back like i couldn’t see them and i get the food and the fries aren’t even cooked all the way. only good thing was the chicken was finally tasting good
