I go here often for my co-workers. I have never had anything but a positive experience here! The young ladies that work here have never been anything but kind and focused on getting my order to me quickly and correctly.They are "chatting it up" with the other employees from what I have observed having the person not at the window filling the order as they are getting payment and then seem to be right there helping out! As far as the amount of time to get your order you have to understand if the car in front of you orders 5 blended drinks it's gonna take a few minutes ! As for the line they don't control how many people want coffee or food ,especially at prime time in the morning. We have seem to be in an era of entitlement where people don't think they have to treat service employees with kindness or respect! I will keep going here because they are kind,funny,efficient,and make great coffee better with their great attitudes. Oh and they have NEVER asked me if I want my change back! Thanks ladies for your hard work>

I have been going to this Scooters for a year and in the last few times I've gone I've been really disappointed. That staff is more engaged in there conversations than actually moving customers through the line.I ordered a coffee that I literally waited 20 minutes for while I watched them chatting it up. I would have drove off but I had already paid for it. Hopefully this gets remedied soon or they will be losing lots of customers including me

This particular drive-thru has gone through numerous management changes over the last year. For some reason they can't seem to find a good manager who can operate the store efficiently. The coffee is fine, never tried the food. But, one week before XMAS they fired a slightly autistic employee who asked for some time off. I thought that was pretty damm low of them.

This location has gotten my fairly simple order wrong the last three times. This time instead of a mocha blender no whip I was given a Carmelicious. I cannot have Carmel. When I advised the worker she apologized and stared at me waiting. I left because I waited 15 for my 2 drinks and there were 4 people (8 total) waiting at each drive though window. Will never go back to this location.
Took like 30 minutes and the girl taking our order was texting and got our order wrong.Dietary restrictions: They have lots of alternatives for milk

The girl at the window had brown nasty hair hanging all over. She so rude that we pulled off mid order. Gave me dads about what a black and white was after I explained it's just half mocha half white mocha, it's a signature Scooters drink. Rolled her eyes at me and made multiple faces. Never coming here again if I see her working, the worst customer service I've gotten in a long time from anywhere.
