Ordered delivery through DD. This is how my sandwich arrived. Looks like they picked parts of the bread off. I ate the first half, even with 2 sauces, oil & vinegar added on, this was the dryers sandwich I have ever ate. Very disappointed in the “service” provided.

Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs

Ordered 2 foot longs. What we got was a mess. First of all I couldn't even tell which sandwich was which. I didn't want a gallon of mustard or any at all dumped on my sandwich or hot peppers. Mustard was dripping everywhere and stained my shirt.Didn't taste very good at all. My sandwich was missing items & had items I didn't want. We called and asked for manager & was told she was out & would call us back but never called us back at all. We drove clear across town to go to this one because the one on Dodge sucks and this trip we were .........Very disappointed!

$11 for what? My husband was nice enough to bring me a sandwich because I’m at work. Italian sub, barely any meat. Bread was burnt and tasted old/stale. I wouldn’t get a sandwich here again.

I had visited this subway a year ago, and it was about a 2.5 star. Visited it today, and wow, big change. 5 stars all around. The staff was very friendly, the sandwich is amazing and all around I'm super happy! So glad they changed for the good.

After several orders, it seems like this is another one of those Subway locations that will short you on meat if you're using a coupon or placing an online order. Might be ok for others, but not for me.

It had been awhile since I’ve eaten at a Subway. So, I thought why not give it a try. I needed something in a hurry as my son had after school activities I wanted to be at. I was pleasantly surprised when I found the touch screen to order from the drive through. I thought surely they can’t get it wrong, it’s fool proof. Just follow what was ordered on the screen. He asked if I wanted my receipt, to which I said no, because I trusted the process and was sure it was right. WRONG! Unfortunately the sandwich was missing the ranch sauce and well a sauce is everything when it comes to a dry sandwich. The chips were regular Lay’s when I asked for baked Lay’s. The Diet Coke I got was so flat I spit it in my kitchen sink and dumped it down the drain. I called them to notify them of their mistakes and for sure to check the Diet Coke so no one gets sick. I was asked if I had my receipt and said no. This was a huge problem for them. Without my receipt they couldn’t help me. Well, I drove there gave them back their food and got my receipt. I will not try Subway again. I am contacting corporate because I want a full refund. I did not get what I paid for. Please note the teenage boys behind the counter we’re not rude. Just miss educated, misguided, and need more training.

I know this is first world problems but geez…I asked for light mustard and this is what my sandwich looked like ??‍♀️ and they weren’t busy so that’s no excuse. I worked at subway in high school, it’s not that hard. This is ridiculous and by the far the worst sandwich I’ve had. I threw most of it away bc it was soggy and disgusting.
