What a joke , night time employees are kids just messing around. Food horrible customer service is at a 0 they laugh at you and say nothing can be done. Ordered off the app they did not give me the right kind of bread. They did not put mayo on my sandwich when I asked for extra. And they put all the cheese together on one side in a stack. WTH! When asked for the store managers name they say they can’t give that info out. The only thing that was good was the bag of chips, if I could give 0 I would!

I have never been satisfied coming here but if you are going to close before 6:20pm on Sunday just update the time open. I just don’t understand this location and Cornhusker just leaves these teens with no supervision to run their store. You would make so much more money if you didn’t treat this place like a concession

Went here for the first time in years due to a gift card. Ordered 2 sandwiches, which surprisingly were good. I picked up my order and their machine would not accept the card. Was able to confirm the amount on their site, but they would do nothing to help.

Usually order chicken teriyaki foot long to on herb and cheese bread. Yesterday, told only had white and wheat bread available. Then when time to put sweet onion sauce on sandwich, emptied their container but not much on sandwich, was asked if I wanted more and when I said yes, they found they had no more. So, she managed to squeeze a little more out of the container. Then she tried to wrap it but left part of the end exposed so had to rewrap again. She may be new but to not have enough supplies is inexcusable.

My relationship is officially over with subway today. Got my regular turkey bacon wrap, with chips, medium drink. 15.82. Completely ridiculous!!! Cooperate greed at its finest. 2023 recession.

Love the food but when ordering for delivery through the subway app and it coming from doordash and paying the extra to have as a meal, this is the 2nd time that I did not receive my sides or drinks. This to me is unacceptable as I'm paying the extra to have those items

How about instead of starting yet another mobile order right in front of the person who's been standing in line for 10 minutes without even acknowledging them. You ask them what they want to order!? The worst effing service in the world disgruntled rude to the point of I almost walked out if I was not starving I would have.

I'm extremely unhappy with the food and the service I had tonight. I ordered subway to be delivered and when I open up my subs the bread is burnt and crunchy and falling to pieces. I called the store and spoke to the shift supervisor and he said he can't give me a refund because the bread was light enough when it was cooked. Would not recommend. I got 2 footlong subs total and can't eat either one because they're plain out gross with the bread. Tried eating it because I didn't wanna waste food and money and it was just bad.

Great food. Friendly staff. Nick made an excellent sandwich at a good price. The cookies were really tasty too. Definitely the place to go!
