Ordered wings and they tried giving me wings with whole feathers. Went back this morning to get a refund but got the wings instead. Not even an apology and staff made it seem like I ordered these dusty wings with feathers. Not even a discount for the inconvenience it was for me to drive back to Wingstop AGAIN just for food they could’ve provided right the first time.

Where to start. Food tool 45 minutes to come out undercooked, didn’t notice this til we got home. Called to let them know, and the supposed manager was rude and condescending. Restaurant was filthy, meanwhile you can hear from the front door their music from the kitchen getting blasted, all the while you have kids in the dining room overhearing the explicit lyrics of the music. And while standing by the door waiting to get helped, you have employees coming in, wreaking of weed go straight to handling food without wearing gloves. I should’ve known better and left and ask them to cancel my order.

Not at all impressed: I ordered online with a specific pickup time. I showed up about 5 minutes early and was told it would be a few minutes, 15 minutes later (10 minutes AFTER the order was supposed to be ready, I was told "we're just starting to make your order"). This was at 345pm, shouldn't be a big rush time. Is the online system accepting too many orders? Someone out sick?The store wasn't clean: trash in the dining area and a stack of cups on floor behind the counter

I love the food but don't care for the seasoning. I put in a simple request for no seasoning and have to send it back every single time. I ordered delivery from the Bellevue Nebraska location and when I received my food caked with seasoning I called to complain and got hung up on because the employee was too busy to deal with me. This review is based on food, service, cleanliness and value. The food was okay. I had the traditional wings with mango Habanero sauce. Solid wings. I upgraded the fries. The fries were way too salty. Hard to eat they were so salty. The seasoning they use is good, there was just way too much of it. It's an order at the counter place, so not much interaction with employees, but they were friendly while I ordered. The place was mostly clean. Could be better. The floors looked like there was a leak from the outside (for a long time). The value wasn't too good. $17 for a combo meal. I did upgrade the fries, but that was a mistake. Lots of regret. Not the best lunch I've ever had, but I'd go back and try it again.

Walked in around 5:30pm, saw several dirty tables, a young man taking a phone order, four other employees in the kitchen, and a couple in front of me. As soon as the young man was off the phone he promptly took the couple's order and then mine. After that he stood there and held up the counter. Taking no initiative to clean any of the tables. I waited my turn to get a drink, and every option that was not diet or sugar free was unavailable. Assuming that they must not have them in stock or it would have been replaced, I chose an underwhelming option and found a seat that was only slightly dirty. The customer who came in after me, decided to say something. The woman, I'm assuming is the manager, looked at a screen and told the young man who was standing there holding up the counter again, to go take care of it. He only replaced the one that the customer was wanting and left the rest. From the time I ordered until the time I received my food, I waited 30 minutes. Fries were done well before wings, and were cold when I got them. Wings were hot and fresh, tasted good. Manager was nice, the other employees seem hard working. Josh on the other hand, needs to learn to take initiative and maybe pitch in by cleaning tables and refilling the drink machine when he isn't busy instead of hold up the counter.
