Couldn't tell you how the quality of food is because they decide to leave me some drive-thru for 10 minutes waiting to even take my order for them to help two other customers that pulled up after me. Worst experience ever I will not go back.

Rarely do I give bad reviews. But this place is a constant disappointment. Their turniver rate must be high cause I'm aleays seeing new staff. The service is awful. It always takes a ridiculously long time to get your food. Last time we went, I asked for an original chicken sandwhich cut in half. They cut it the long way. We've had orders where we asked for no tomato and onion and still got them. This has happened a few times. By far, the worst fast food joint in town. It's night and day compared to McDonald's, Wendy's, Runza, etc. I only go maybe once a month cause my kid loves the whopper. It's so not worth it, imho.

If a order of food could put a guy over the edge this would be the place to do it. A year ago I didn't think it could get worse they've definitely proved it could. I was told it got better definitely lied to. Just close the place

Im from Lincoln and decided while I was out of town to stop at a Burger King. This one was awesome, I dined in and the food was hot and unlike lincoln bk's. They didn't hold out on the dipping sauce! (and ice cream machine worked) It was relief to stop at a BK and get good food and service for once. Props goes to the younger woman who was behind the counter that day, I didnt get her name but she made my visit good experience that day.

This place is a joke. It's dirty inside. If you drive through you wait forever and they won't give you all of your order. If you door dash they won't give you all of your order. They need to restaff from the owner to the janitor.
