We had the roast beef which was very good. Atmosphere is 1970’s but interestingly

I've eaten here a few times before and loved it. Valentine's Day was disappointing tho. They were out of a few things, our server didn't go over specials with us, if she had we would have gotten one of them. Our steaks were tiny and not very seasoned. I hate writing a review like this because like I said, the other visits were great.

I visit restaurants (especially enjoy steak joints) regularly all over Nebraska as I travel for a living. The Husker House has THE BEST prime rib of any I've been to. This includes very high priced establishments in the larger metro areas. When you add the in the value/savings it's the best bang for the buck anywhere. For $32: 18 Oz. Prime rib bathed in au jue an prepared perfectly to order, large side salad (or soup), choice of potato, dinner roll and an additional side of spaghetti or vegetable. All portions are generous!

Once upon a time, me and my kids went to the Husker Steak House. It was good.Unfortunately, there was no music playing in the background, but otherwise, atmosphere was good.Employees were good. Served us on time.

The food is tasteless. Catfish had no taste. The fries were clearly frozen and…bitter to some extent. Nice waitress.

Was there for our company Christmas party. The prime rib was top notch.Staff and service excellent.Friendly and caring, as I would expect in a rural community.Really a large crowd as usual at husker house.Only issue is parking.Had to walk about a block from where I parked. It was worth the walk.

Love Husker House! We eat here regularly and the food is pretty consistently good. They have really good homemade soups. Portion sizes are generous and for the quality it's affordable. Definitely recommend!
