If I could give 0 stars I would. I had placed a cake order 2 weeks ahead of a birthday party. Checked in with one of the bakers a week before to make sure everything was what I asked for, the previous person I talked to didn’t even write my name down on the paper or have my name their system. Then I proceeded to show a picture to a baker and said I wanted a BLUE CAKE. I showed up today to a $74 cake that was plain, white and looked like a wedding cake. Wasn’t anything I even asked for or wanted. Will not be dealing with that big of a headache there again.

Advertised services not available but no posting anywhere in the store that services arent available. Wanted to pick up a Western Union wire transfer last week & was told they couldnt do it. This week their USPS service is unavailable. The employees behind the counter offer no alternative options & act like they dont know where things are in the town they live in!! Getting to be as terrible as Walmart lately!

Probably the worst experience I have ever had, my “personal shopper “ I would have to say was probably the laziest person I could of came across. On my list was four tubes of ground Turkey, I get a text from Joni telling me they were out of the tubes, ok fine do you have any other Turkey I was advised no. I absolutely love Hy-Vee! I'm disabled and they have been amazing at getting my medication and groceries delivered to my home while unable to leave. Thank you so much today for the young gentlemen on helping me find the ice melt. It was in a box outside. Then the cashier went and got a bag cause couldn’t find it in the system for her to ring up. Everyone was very helpful today.

Because now you’re looking to hire when you mistreated and fired all the market grille employees and failed to integrate most of them back into your company. You left them with no job. So I hope you have no one apply for your jobs. They should see how you treat employees.

Donna was my cashier yesterday. She did an excellent job bagging my groceries so that the meat was separate from other foods, as well as my cleaning supplies and sprays. She was so positive and happy to be at her job! She was excited to share with me that she had been with the company for seven years that day. Congrats to Donna! Absolute delight of an experience.
