Said they don’t have Dijon Mustard anymore. Can literally see it on their shelf. Pressed them about it. Still made my sandwich without Dijon.To add to insult, they mess up my order every single time. Literally. Every. Single. Time. Asked them to “jimmy up” (oregano, oil & vinegar, hot peppers, onions) my sandwich and what did I get? None of it but thank god they gave me pickles (that I didn’t ask for).Awesome. Thanks JJ’s

Poorly managed store with the poor ratings to back it up. Columbus is small, I live less than 10 minutes away and was denied delivery. I'll never use this location for anything.

Good food, decent prices, not always freaky fast. Worst drive-thru design in town! Pickups or large suv be prepared to make a curb check or 2 before you get through the line. 4 stars is more than fair.

Gave me the entirely wrong sandwich. Manager didn’t want to correct it, said it was our error for looking at the wrong menu even though we stated what was supposed to be on the sandwich when we ordered.
Had the rudest guy today. He for some reason did not understand my simple order after I repeated it atleast 10 times. After I made sure he finally got it right, he used the terms "Jesus Christ" and "Bro" all frustrated. We finally got our order and he STILL GOT IT WRONG!
