One of the worst Taco Bell’s I have been to. Rarely open inside, drive thru is 50/50 on actually being able to order otherwise they only do DoorDash or mobile order.I should also mention this place does not honor the online exclusive deals. As when I try ordering the Online Exclusive box it auto deletes.Food is average at best and workers seem not to care. You’d do better and be happier going to any other restaurant in Columbus. 100% do not recommend this joke of a business.

Drive Thru...Ordered #6 The Two Chalupas and a taco. Got home and no chalupas only three tacos. Very Disappointing!!! Got charged for the #6 Combo $9.99 vs 3 tacos w/cheese & lettuce $1.69 each.Rip Off!!! Not happy at all!!!!
Lately when I order it is not quite what I expected from what it looks like on TV or on the menu, I was there a couple days ago and ordered what they have been showing on tv so I was excited to try it showed a wrap and tacos that looked puffy and shredded beef with lettuce and tomato so I ordered 2 of those took them home to eat but when I opened the sack I was shocked to see that they both were flat and really greasy it looked like someone took a rolling pin and rolled them flat the shredded beef did not look anything like on TV I couldn't see any lettuce or tomatos it was so flat I couldn't open it to see if anything else was in there like on TV. I had to get extra paper towels because they were so greasy. I should have taken them back or called or took a picture but I didn't cause I already made my mind up never to go back. I don't know if they did that on purpose or what either way it was disgusting.

Place has terrible service. Food is always cold and never get the items orders. Employees will decide at random times to close the dining room while they are clearly playing in the kitchen and counter area. I saw 5 people working and they had locked the doors at 3pm.

I just recieved the first Doordash order I have ever made with Taco Bell. Most likely will never order again. I ordered an iced coffee and recieved a hot coffee. I also ordered a Watermelon Berry Freeze that I did not recieve.
