The place is clean. The staff has gotten nicer. The drive-thru takes a while at meal times. It also is a hard place to line up in an alley. I know costs go up, but I feel for what I pay for food at Runza I could go to a sit-down restaurant. The fries are always good. The Runza's haven't been as good they have been soggy. Runza is one of the best experiences in Nebraska! Always look forward to my cheese Runza and fries when I am visiting home. The David City management and staff do a great job on hospitality and keeping the place sparkling clean! Highly recommend.

Good food, I rated service down a bit because take out orders are incorrect more often than they should be. They should be right 100% of the time. I like their food and come here often.
