This Taco Bell is the worst. They are always rude thru the drive thru.I ordered chicken tacos I got beef. That was fine I walked back in to get correct order and it was like “ how dare I come ask for my correct order” attitude. Then they literally had the entire drawer of money sitting in the counter along with stacks of money sitting on a tray. Manager If your missing money here is the reason why. The soft shell tacos should have just made it’s way to the hard shell bin because that’s how stale and old their were.

Manager was very rude. The kiosk wouldn't take my card and she told an employee to ring me up. I explained what happened and the manager snapped at me saying I didn't need to explain and just place my order. She stood there giving me a dirty look.

Ordered food through the kiosk while the workers stood by the drive trough talking as we waited no one else was in the store or using drive thru. I had to ask them to start my order. The picture is then finally working on it after I asked. Then they lied and said they were working on it even though we can see the kitchen! Messed up my order the chips taste terrible from the bad grease or something. The quesadilla was burnt on and didn't have everything we added the nacho cheese Gordita but we got just a normal Gordita I asked for a refund over the phone. I could barely understand the manager from my understanding is was okay for us to come back and get a refund I just had to come in. Then asked where the messed up food is or our order, even though no one asked for us to bring anything not even the receipt! I told them I didn't want the same chips or remake the food. They argued with me so I just took the remake. I live in the country so it's a a bit of a drive to the Elkhorn Taco Bell, I'm frustrated and I will not be going to that location ever again. I hope it taste better if not I'm contacting corporate!

We went through the drive-thru on a Saturday around 8pm. We order 3 items. The gal at the window acted annoyed but was quick. They were not busy at this time, but one of our items was very poorly made. The gal at the window quickly handed the food out the window (almost thrown) and just shut the door. No, have a nice night/day, no goodbye, no thank you, no come back again. There was nothing to say the transaction was over. I understand everyone has a bad day, but my husband says this location has always had poor customer service for him.I remember getting customer service training at my younger jobs. Do they still do this?

made a pickup order and had my roommate pick it up for us, when the food got home the tacos were missing ingredients the burritos were so sloppy the insides were falling out onto the wrapper. Called the store to express my concerns on the poor quality and the manger just say, "oh that sucks" and hung up the phone. Didn't even offer an apology.
