Love this Mexican restaurant. We had company from out of state refusing to eat Mexican food. One visit and they were ready for another visit. The food is wonderful, service amazing. They meet you at the door seat you and your experience begins. Great food at a very fair price. Their coffee is the best!!
Our family ate at Jalisco when in Fairbury and we had a great dinner! Solid Mexican food. Warm, thin, crispy tortilla chips and salsa were set on our table right when we sat down. The horchata was creamy and delicious--like drinking a cinnamon roll my friend said. Our group had a variety of food - taquitos, burritos and tacos. The guacamole was creamy and we thought it may have a little sour cream in it. Used corn tortillas for the tacos, which we appreciated so ask for flour...read full review

Pense que el sabor seria poco antentico quiza algo texmex pero me equivoque pues el sabor autentico, y grand variedad en el menu, si el sabor de la comida al estilo jalisco,y los platillos picosos pura lumbre, asi que el que no soporta el calor no pida platillo picoso, disfruto la comida con autentico sabor mexicano,
