This visit was disappointing as the poor waitress seemed to be the only one working. The time delays for our beverages, appetizers AND entrees had at least 15-20 minutes in-between each of our dinner orders. At the beginning of our arrival, I told the waitress we were celebrating the birthday for our 17 yr old granddaughter & as we were leaving after being there for 2 hours+, she says "oops. I forgot your birthday ice cream" wewere already SO late, we could not come back to enjoy anymore time at Applebee's.
