Everything was fine. Because although the service was slow it was good. I think that instead of a QR scanner they should put a machine at each table to pay. Since I had to wait about 30mns to pay for that, I didn't like it at all.

Our food and service was very good! We each got 6 wings , one with onion rings and one with fries. All tasty ? My complaint is the wings are so small and not even a whole wing...they are a winglet. So I personally don't think those tiny 6 winglets are worth $9.99

I would rate 0 if possible, first brought me the wrong soda. We had ordered 2 burgers and 2 orders of Wings. Only to receive one of the burgers 30 min later with only cheese. I asked for the sauce and pickles. He took the burger and came back with the same tray and burger but left sauce packets for me to put them on myself. We waited 5 min more and nothing else arrived. So we left the establishment. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been in, do not recommend Note to Establishment: Don't bring food out in stages, it is seen as extremely low quality and horrible service. Especially when the stages have 10-15 minutes in between.
Due to the current layout of the BWW, there is a real chance for your order to get stolen. According to a staff member, two guys walked in, went to the pick up area where the food can be seen. The staff member asked if they were Dylan, they said yes and took it. When my mom arrived, she looked for the food, asked about the order for Dylan, and was told the above story. Spoke to the manager and the best they can do was remake the food.Edit: so my mother was asked if we would like any ranch, I was on phone with her so I asked for 4. I got 3. Got the rest of the order right.

Took a few minutes to get seated. Waiter came over right away. He took our drink order and said he would be right back. Almost ten minutes later he came back with our drinks and took our order. Food came quickly for my husband. After ten minutes waiter came by and asked if everything was okay. I said no still waiting for my food. Did finally get my food and it was good.

Haven't been to the Fremont BW's in 4 years because of terrible service. Daughter spilled her drink and server walked by and said looks like you need a bar rag. He sat at bar and never brought one. I swore I would never go back.Today I made the mistake of thinking it would be differentThere were 11 patrons 3 servers a hostess and a bar tender. Asked to be seated on patio they said they had no help for that section. So then asked for a Hightop on the bar side where only 4 of the 11 patrons were sitting. Was then told she would ask the server if it was okay to sit at a Hightop. She returned and said unfortunately we could not.Do yourself a favor don't go to the place with wings in its name and the lowest reviews in Fremont.Now I know why on a college football Saturday why there were only 11 patrons.
