The fact that it takes the intelligence of high school kids and these adults still manage to get orders wrong!!! I was the only car in the drive thru so they weren’t busy…. Do better!!

Wow! I want to start this off by saying I truly do enjoy Burger King, and this is nothing against them, but against this specific location. I moved to Fremont about six months ago, and I can’t tell you how many chances I have given this store in hopes that they can do better! They get my order wrong about 90% of the time. Not only is it never right, but it takes forever, and ends up being soggy or cold. Tonight, I ordered a simple order and asked for BBQ sauce. They had me pull around (as usual). After waiting, they brought out my food… no sauce. So I asked for some sauce. They made me pull back around and wait an additional 15 minutes for… you heard me… SAUCE. While I was waiting in line I got a chance to look in at their kitchen. I understand kitchens can get dirty while working, but what really set me off was watching a lady with bare feet and sandals walk into the kitchen! Not impressed at all. I hope they can do better in the future!

Everything I go here something is wrong or missing, literally everything! Today, I was told to wait before ordering and took 5 minutes. Once I got to the window took a other 5. As soon as I pulled away I realized something was missing. I pulled around, went inside and it took another 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. Something needs to be done with this place, the inside is not clean and the service is lacking!

Drive thru lady scratched her hair with no gloves on , touched my fries with her hands & forgot to give me my drink. I immediately threw away the whole meal and went somewhere else. Becareful eating

1. 950 am and they told me they are not serving biscuits for breakfast. 2. Order the burrito was told they cant make that either. Order croissant and it was old and stale. I add it had 1 piece of bacon on it. Hashbrowns tasted like made at 6 am. Lady at counter had an attitude. Man came from the back was told do the drive-thru took the headset and proceeded to ask someone if they wanted to work up front. The drive thru had been sitting as long as it took me to order since they were out of everything.If you serve breakfast until 11 maybe be sure you are willing to make it or say hey we can serve lunch if you like?.I heard this place got bad but lord, it needs shut down
Burger was cold, chicken sandwich was cold and raw, and the fries were cold as well. I’m surprised the pop wasn’t warm….No one inside and no line behind me to make them feel rushed.

For one we ordered soda expecting their to be Ice. But no we had to drink it with no ice and also it being "out" so it tasted like seltzer water. Secondly we didn't get all of our food that we paid for and when I asked for the food we were waiting on I got an evil stare from an employee that worked there and told me to give him a minute. 10 minutes later we finally got our whopper. When we all sat down to eat the first bite it honestly tasted like they cooked it for to long and didn't know how to make even a sandwich I've been disappointed about this place before but this Time I'm disgusted
