We were there 20 minutes before closing. The staff was very nice and even tho we were still finishing up at closing time, at no time did the staff make us feel rushed. 5 Stars and Thank You Staff!!!! High Five!!!

Your gargantuan is the best. All the meat and condiments are the perfect ratio to accommodate the fresh bread that accompanies my sandwich and fills me up perfectly everytime. Like earth is just far enough away from the sun to support life, your sandwich is just enough for my stomach, but not so much that I become too full and can't function then nap which ruins and wastes the day away. I appreciate you like a fat kid love cake,lol!

Awful service from members, completely wrong order, wrong payment and lots of kids shouting things and telling me “we don’t got none of that”.

So, I ordered a $12.00 sandwich w chips and a med drink. $18.50 or so total & they charge you FOUR DOLLARS for delivery (driver gets none of it). Then you're expected to tip the driver. By the time you're done, you could have fed a family of 5 by shopping at Baker's.Just saying

Waited 20 minutes and got no sandwiches, asked for our money back because we had somewhere to be. No one there was able to return our money, so we just left, worst experience in Fremont. Definitely not freaky fast. Will not be going back ever.

I ordered from this store online at 7:12pm. 45 minutes after I placed the order, I called to cancel my order, as there had been no updates. The person I talked to on the phone was extremely rude, didn't even ask my name, number or even what we ordered, then put me on hold, and just said it's canceled. I asked if they needed any of that information, and was told no and the call ended after saying they already had my number. I then left to get dinner somewhere else. 20 minutes after that call, they brought the order to my neighbors house who accepted the order, and then the store charged me for the food. We never received a call saying that the order was dropped off or the total refunded, which is unacceptable as they had already told me that they had my phone number as it was used to cancel my order. This appears malicious in intent, as 20 minutes should be enough notice to both not make the food, and or call back a delivery driver to not drop the order off. Best case scenario it shows that my order could have been made and delivered timely, but was not. We won't be back again.
