Here’s my unbiased review of this location. I’ve lived in this area for 2 years and don’t come here much but when I do it’s always young kids working here that have poor customer service skills, never any pizzas hot and ready, and just rude service. It looks like this has been an ongoing issue for quite a while and I’m surprised nothing much has been done to correct the complaints. I understand it’s Little Cesar’s but come on act professional!

This location NEVER has Hot n' Ready pizzas, after going there 5 different times during different hours of the day. The customer service is horrible.I don't negatively reviews places often, but this is one of the worst LC's locations I've ever been to.

I came by the store to pick up some pizzas and they were more than happy to make them for me on the fly. It wasn't one wasn't two it was 10 pizzas and I thank you for actually being so prompt.

Awful place, don't waste your money! Have had problems over the years with them. Stayed away for awhile and we decided to try it again and was totally let down. Spent $40 and it wasn't worth $10. I would never recommend it to anybody again and we will never go back! The owners and managers should be embarrassed!

Highly unprofessional and I hope this isn’t behavior that is supported by this company.. I just had my partner pick up a pizza for me and I guess the lady put her number on there for him to call her. I blocked out where she wrote her number for her privacy but WOW lol. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.

Went to this location yesterday evening, white slightly chub lady busy yapping with one of the employees who was making pizza, ignore that am standing by the register ready to order, the dude is putting peperoni on the pizza, no gloves then scratched his nose, I was so glad I hadn't placed an order left immediately. Don't recommend!

I have NO IDEA why they use the Hot and Ready campaign here, I have never ONCE been to this location and they have pizza that is actually hot and ready. Do not go there expecting to find the traditional Little Caesars pizza, you will be waiting 15-25 mins depending on how busy they are. It’s super frustrating to go there and have them tell you it will be a 25 min wait for a pepperoni pizza that SHOULD be hot and ready already.
Three visits, three poor experiences. Seems understaffed and not very interested in the customer experience. Ordered online and it told me 25-30 minutes. Got the e-mail saying it was in the portal but it wasn’t - 30 minutes later (75 minutes after ordering) my pizza was finally ready. They didn’t give me the extra sauce I ordered and didn’t really care. The sad part is that I was not the only one. Management needs to do something about this site - it is not doing well…
