This is a photo of my girlfriends lunch she sent me today. Yes that is a date stamp sticker in the middle of her 1/4 w cheese. She did not want to complain, but I told her I would go up with her to get a refund on the to go order. When I got there I talked with a manager who obviously has 0 training in food safety nor customer skills. She offered us a replacement sandwich! Really, that's it after getting it home and biting into this???? I was calm and said for the inconveniences we should get the whole ticket refunded ( which was her meal and her grand daughters kids meal) she only refunded the 1/4 lb meal. This place is a joke and the health department should be notified of carelessness and food safety violations. It seems safe food gets swept under the rug here. We definitely won't be back.

Placed order 4:20pm and still waiting at 4:40pm. They took there menus down and all digital now..service has gone downhill next to hardees, taco bell.. i wouldnt recommend them to my enemy.

This place is definitely the low end of most other McDonald's I've been to. I normally don't even order anything for me, just the family. There were always issues, every single time! So frustrating!However- for the last 10-16 years, there has always been this employee named Heather, who worked the 1st window for the monies. She is always happy and tends to lower my frustrations of being at this particular McDonald's.But I was having a really rough day and this time I wanted to say thank you for always being such a wonderful human being. This store location would suffer greatly without having Heather.
The manger was so rude and not nice at all very short with her answers. I had called before coming to make sure of the deal and if I needed the app the person on the phone said I did not so when I got to the window she said there was no deal she was down right rude about it and won't explain to

Had to wait for order. Finally came out but order was wrong. Girl didn't speak English but finally understood the order was wrong, left and finally came back with correct order. $4 fries were have full and cold. Terrible experience.
Food was standard McDonalds. Service was slow. I waited at the window for two to three minutes and then was asked to park. They brought my food out about 6 minutes later. When I got home they forgot the French fries. I had just driven 9 hours from Chicago so I was not going back just accepted my fate.Parking: Parking in front of the store and on the side. Can become difficult to find parking when busy.Kid-friendliness: It is McDonalds. Happy meals and toys. Chicken nuggets, hamburgers, cheeseburgers. No play area for the kids while you eat. Kind of seeing this as the new norm.

I tookmy granddaughter After a school bowling trip, by for breakfast through the drive through. And did the, code but then only had one breakfast sandwhich so try to order and get it at the curb. And it canceled my order because breakfast ended right at that moment..??

wow! i really enjoyed my big mac! it was tasty! the fries were a bit soggy but very well flavored. the workers were slightly rude and had an attitude. i would have an attitude if i flipped patties for my job too. i love the machines were you can order without talking to the workers! the inside of the restaurant is very nice though! overall not super impressed but it is fast food so 3 stars!
