First time ordering off jump the line. It was no faster than standing in line and ordering. It took just as long to receive the food than standing in line and ordering. They forgot to give me the side of ranch and we had to stand in line to get are drink cups anyway.

Always great! Got here early to get some lunch and complete some work on an extremely hot day. This location got very busy over lunch but they kept up and there was hardly a wait time. Whether it is extremely hot, cold or something in between you cannot go wrong with Runza.

If you eat in here, the place is super clean with lots of windows. Staff is friendly, and good is always hot and fresh. Only reason for 4 * is the value for your money. Hamburgers and portions have shrunk.. I know it happens everywhere, but it seems worse here. Overall, much better service than Mcdonald's or Wendy's.
