Asked for decaf. Was literally still awake at 5:00 unable to sleep. I don't think that was decaf. For me that's just very annoying but for some it could be a health issue.

Quality products and friendly, helpful baristas. Drinks are made fresh to your specifications. My drink of the moment is an Americano with sugarfree Vanilla and a splash of almond milk. ?Kid-friendliness: They now offer a kids combo which is a small specialty drink and 2 sugar cookies. The kids are crazy about them!Parking: The 2 locations in Fremont, Nebraska, both have drive-through, and one has indoor seating. Plenty of parking spaces near the door.Dietary restrictions: Sugarfree options, as well as non-dairy - instead of cream I get almond milk .

Considering you guys have now had two bad reviews in the last two days I’m not surprised. Terrible customer service by the brunette working on Sunday night 11/20. Will be taking my business to the other scooters in town as well as letting my friends know. The girl started laughing when I said no extra ice. Extremely unprofessional. Will be contacting corporate if the terrible service continues. You cannot run a franchise and use their brand name while tarnishing the brand.

Not sure what was going on but there was a lady waiting to order when I pulled up, she just kept sitting there with no cars in front of her, I waited 5 minutes then asked her if they were taking her order, she said they told her to wait, so we waited another 4 to 5 minutes and a worker got out of a car and beat on the back door and was let in. and they finally took the other ladies order then mine, there were no apologies for the wait or nothing, needless to say it was not a good experience.
