They didn't add the ordered vegetables to the salad and when I questioned it they said, "That's all you get." They doused it with salad dressing and put a little lettuce with cucumbers in. What a waste of money. The usual two ladies that work ate good but these girls didn't know what they were doing.

Ordered online and our sandwiches were messed up so we went inside and asked for them to be fixed. They stood over the sandwiches picking at them and messing with their faces and jewelery while doing it. Then they said they would fox one but not the one they picked through because it has enough sauce she decided. So then she still ignored both of us as I was just trying to ask for a refund. She finally acknowledged us and said since you want a refund you're not getting your sandwiches back. I said "Absolutely not, give me my food. I paid for it and im getting very very mad just give me my food" and she finally gave it to me. This was the worst experience I've had at a fast food.

Everytime I go to this subway the customer services is bad. They take forever to get the window. They’re not friendly at all. I usually don’t mind because I enjoy the food, but today was the worst. Two different people came to the window and neither were nice. I got home and tried a bite. It was the most grossest taste ever. There wasn’t cheese on there even though my order had cheese on it. The pepperonis look like they weren’t refrigerated and tasted rotten. There was a weird oil substance in it that’s never been on it before. 10/10 don’t recommend!

I went last week to get my son a sandwhich for his field trip and was over charged 3 dollars for the sandwhich. Than today I go and they barley put any lettuce on the sandwhich. In the section on the app on accommodations I put don’t toast bread but toast meat please and they didn’t. I will never come to this location again. It’s a remodeled store I had more expectations than this. What a joke.

The girl was not friendly and it felt like she was reprimanding us every time we said anything. It was 8:10pm and they close at 10pm. All the chairs were up on the tables and most of the toppings were off the line.She charged us wrong- in our favor, and normally I would definitely say something. I've tried this place twice. Both times 10+ minutes in line, then an online order comes in and the sandwich "artist" gets distracted. Poor management means this place is always understaffed.
