This is a lousy Subway; they don’t proof the bread correctly, so their sandwiches are significantly smaller than they are supposed to be. The place just looks really dirty, and you get shortchanged on meats and vegetables in addition to the bread being much, much smaller than at a regular Subway.

I ordered a wrap. It is wrapped poorly and cut so bad I can't even eat it as a wrap. My wrap has ingredients in it I didn't order. I ordered a bag of Miss Vickies Spicy Dill Pickle chips and there was a whole in them so they are so stale. I always have high hopes for Subway since I used to be a store manager for them. This is the worst experience I've ever had. I hope the cookies I ordered are good at least.

Ordered online and the guy working screwed up the order. Wrong veggies on both sandwiches. No oil or vinegar on either sandwich and only 4 pieces of meet on one sandwich. Seriously how hard is it to make a sandwich with the directions to follow?

I really miss the honey oat bread and the sugar cookies. The food is never bad but it's never great either. It's average. It's a healthier option than most fast food which is good. The last time I was in there I was somewhat alarmed by the looks of the staff. If you're going to work with food it's important to look clean.
Went to the subway on 23rd street in Fremont the manger she said she was antyway was very rude to a lady in front of us my husband confronted your employee about how rude she was she said I think I am good and you can just leave we will never go back to that subway my husband asked for a number to call the store manger the other employee just asked if there was a problem but did not offer a number so we left

The staff was rude, and mean spirited. Before all of us got our food they were kicking us out because they wanted to go home. They made it clear we were not welcomed or wanted, I d never quite seen anything like it before. Lesson learned, I won't ever go back to this place.

I used to work here and honestly I don't think I would ever again the new manager was beyond rude and just sat on their phone most of the time even when busy they literally don't do anything to help us and if im being honest I would not be surprised if it gets shut down because the back room is beyond gross and the fridge its self was very dirty
