slow drive thru service! I sat at the speaker for almost 10mins waiting for someone to take my order or even talk to me! Oh wait...no one did talk to me! When I drove by the main dining area there were people inside eating. Yes, they were open!

I honestly prefer their service over taco Bell anything today. I didn't Think that I would've fallen in love with their good food and awesome guacamole, and their food how is better flavor and taste then Taco Bell, Taco Bell is highly overrated and a total rip off Because they're often skim it on the mebecause they're often skimming on the meat, but not Taco John's they have plenty to offer. Plus I think they have better service.

The employee stuck his bare hand into the cups the food went in and they can't understand no onions no sourcream. If you don't like your job and can't understand sanitary practices you need to take a food handlers class

Couldn’t tell you how the food is. Drive through is the priority and they couldn’t care less about someone dining in. I had a coupon and the self order didn’t have an option to enter it. After 5 minutes I finally asked for help and was told we had to wait for them to clear the drive through since they were waiting longer. I walked in the same time as some ordering in the drive through with no cars behind. By the time I walked away without ordering there 3 different cars in line. Nice to know who takes priority

The last time I ordered I was left without my drink. Figured I'd give it a go again tonight. I ordered the taco salad and asked for guacamole on it and paid extra for it but didn't get it. I also asked for sour cream on my 2 tacos paid extra for it and didn't get that either. Not to mention the potato oles were only half cooked. Didn't get the hot sauce I asked for either. This place used to be so good but now not so much.

Stop by for lunch 09/11/23 ordered the street tacos combo, steak the fixings were good but they put it in a uncooked hard shell. Supposed to be in flour tortilla. Freaking gross ?

Went through drive through, had a beef cheddar taco combo, the taco was stale and nasty, cheddar cheese was Luke warm and runny---NASTY once again TACO JOHNS LET ME DOWN. I don't think I will be back!
