We went tonight looking forward to one of their delicious breakfasts. We waited for 10 minutes to be seated. 3 employees saw us waiting and ignored us. We left as apparently you don't need our business. We have recently moved here from another state and liked Village Inn. However, lately service leaves a lot to be desired.

Was working here til I ended up bed ridden with covid. One of the managers name is Jake. He'll work new employees to the bone if they have a high fever if you don't "have" someone covering your shift. They'll fire you for being sick. The owner is lied to by Jake...probably. That's why new hires never last long. Jake is also two faced and there's a devilish side to that guy. He's the manager who slaps together disgusting meals for the customers when the cooks are sick. And non of the cooks wash their hands either...If you want to eat here. Don't. It has cockroaches that crawl on the food products and on the freshly cooked food. They spray out the trash can lid in the dish washing area too. One of the servers name is coal. He would just brush off the roaches and the dish washers are never thorough with their dishes. They never run the silverware through the dishwashing machine then once. (Food on the silverware is common. They just rinse it off with cold water. You were warned) Especially coal. They need to install cameras where the dishwashers are. The owner is decent Enough. Long story short. Got covid from this place

Sweetie had the VIB and I had the breakfast sandwich. Food was very good and the service was great.Wheelchair accessibility: Close to door. Wheelchair height tables

My son requested VI for breakfast and when we walked in an employee was at the registers helping a guy, made eye contact and walked away without seating us. Another waitress walking around made eye contact 3 different times without seating us. Mind you there were 3 tables of people, the place was not busy at all. Another gentleman behind us ended up leaving. We waited another 5 minutes without either waitress acknowledging so we walked out. Never again will we go to VI, we will stick to the friendly diners in town.

I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and I ate half of and then I found a metal washer in it. I would have never wrote a review but the problem was with the head cook who clothes were filthy came out and accused me of putting the washer in my food. I would never do that and that is why I am writing this review.
Friendly service, good food. Not many of these left. Glad to see this one is well run.

Enjoyed the coffee here, the new remodel looks way better than it used to. The hostess was a tad, I don't want to say rude, so we'll say she was short with me... However, Toni, my waitress, was absolutely top tier and made my day 110% better than it was walking in...Thank you, Toni from Village Inn!

I did a pickup order this morning and nobody was at the counter so I ask for ketchup or something but I figured they were busy so I let it go. I got home with the food and It was burnt. The hashbrowns were rock solid. I tried calling the restaurant to see if I could get new plate. Nobody answered the phone. I just can't believe you serve food like that and still want to us to leave you a tip. This ridiculous and I'm very disappointed because I was very excited for this meal. I hope they can improve for this. This is very unfortunate.
