the meat wasnt cooked to be warm all the way and there fries tasted like straight vegetable oil it was gross. the best thing we got was the sodas everything else was nasty. my wrap looked like the chicken strip was cut in hapf and the bottom hapf was completely dry. worst food experience ive had at a runza.

First time trying Runza! Really good interior, every thing was clean, menu was simple so it was easy to decide. The food was okay, my wife and I both got the Runza Sandwiches and they were kinda mushy. The fries were great though! We also got a strawberry shake, which was just soft serve with strawberry syrup. Not really my style, didn't enjoy that very much. Overall pretty good though.

For a small, fast food place, they have amazing burgers and fries. Staff was very friendly and accommodating of us trying to navigate food and a stroller.

Customer service skills are lacking. Thought the young lady was ready to take our order, but when her help showed up beside her she acted like she really wasn't interesting in taking the order. Sandwiches were subpar. Cheese on the burgers was cold, sandwich was warm, at best. Fries, on the other hand, were HOT. Nice quiet place to eat, too bad the rest was disappointing.
Food is always great. Made fresh. My only issue is doordash. Why am I paying an extra $ 5 to $6 from the menu price ? in store a number six says $11. Why am I paying 15 $16 for it from DoorDash then have to pay another $5 delivery fee and tip my driver at that?

I had been wanting to try the Southwest Ranch Chicken Salad, and it was delicious and big -- I made a second meal from it. The mostly young staff got a little noisy when they didn't have customers, and one made an inappropriate suggestion, but I called him on the carpet and he apologized. Otherwise, great food, comfortable atmosphere.
