“I had placed an order online and everything I received was absolutely delicious but, there were two breakfast sandwiches missing. So I called the store and they gave options. 1. I could go through the online service to file for a refund or 2. They would make the sandwiches up and bring them to me.So, he made them and they are perfect! And arrived so quickly! “Always a great sub at THIS location. I have no complaints and service is an 8.5 put of 10, but I always feel so rushed and like I'm bothering them a bit.I know it's fast food, and as an ex subway manager in several different locations, I understand there is a lot of work behind the scenes, so it can be a frustrating when trying to do so much. Honestly, theyre not rude or anything, but just feel as much as in theren a friendly hello or just a bit more personality would be nice.You DO have one young man who nails the customer service part. I was only served by him twice, and the second time was about 2 months after the first and he REMEMBERED me AND my order! Now that is top notch customer service and making me feel valued.Overall this is a great subway! And I'll keep going back.Vegetarian options: Great option for a true vegan or vegetarian and a wonderful veggie pattie!Dietary restrictions: They seem to be able to work with almost all restrictions, although no gluten-free options other than salad. I know that's not a popular thing, though in a small town might be hard to offer.Kid-friendliness: A safe space for kids“
“I have 2 daughters both like ham one will only do cheese with it so the slim is perfect. The other will only do lettuce with hers. I asked if I could trade the cheese for ham. Was told no. So you have to spend $3.00 more because you do not get credit for the stuff you don't take. Just to get what the kids eat. I believe that Jimmy Johns needs to rethink their approach to the slims. Maybe make it a meat and one topping cheese, lettuce, or anything else in the freebies list.“
“Food was good, customer service by Trinity not so much. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but she definitely seemed Irritated that she had to stop what she was doing to help the guy that ended up cashing me out. I'm a Restaurant manager and been in the food Service for 24yrs, at the same place. I get it! it can be Stressful, but i didn't need to be treated like i was a nuisance. After, when i asked the guy that cashed me out what her name was and he told me , her attitude changed real quick (The guy cashier was very pleasant). I just moved to Gering. The first time I wanted to go to this Subway, They closed an hour early codidn't even try the food. The second time these two lovely young ladies very happy and i joked around with them made the experience pleasant. That's why I'm giving this restaurant 4 stars instead of a five star because of the1 bad experience I had because of one person. Food is great vegetables are fresh except the lettuce was browning. Establishment is clean.“
