“I have been to the Mixing Bowl a few times with my wife and we have enjoyed it a lot but this time we were extremely disappointed in the service. I ordered strawberry cheesecake pancakes but they were plain and tasteless so we asked our server to send them back and got a different dish, which was much better and enjoyable. When we got to paying the bill we were charged for the pancakes we sent back. When we asked our server about it, she said that she had to ‘fight’ with the manager to get us a 15% off those pancakes that we sent back. Getting charged for food that we did not like and sent back is something that we did not expect from a place we enjoyed going to. And the server having to fight with management to give any discount for a bad meal but still not either giving it for free or explaining it to us before the bill was just disappointing and poor.Edit: The owners refunded the pancakes fully and dealt with the situation quickly. Very impressed with the resolution of the situation and will be back again.“

“My grandpa lives here, and whenever I visit I never miss a trip to Sandy's. Everything is authentic and fresh. We call in our order and they're always quick to prepare everything. You can also go through the drive-thru at this restaurant“

“My mom and I went to the log cabin restaurant yesterday for lunch, and everything was above and beyond the expected. The atmosphere was very comfortable, our waitress was very amazing and so sweet, the coffee and the food were A+++. I was very impressed. I brought half of my meal home. It was very filling. “We stopped through here on our way home for a late lunch. We ordered and shared fried cheese curds and a flatbread. The facility is attractive, clean, and a friendly ambiance. The server was friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. The food was fresh, original, and tasty. I would recommend this place to everyone who doesn't mind spending a little for quality.“

“This is the first time I've actually been to the place myself. Boy, am I glad I did! The atmosphere is wonderful, the people and service is excellent! Very friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to a request. Well, I found it!The menu alone! “Traveling through town and front desk at hotel suggested Backaracks Steak House. It was exactly what we were looking for, a refreshing cocktail, delicious food and great atmosphere! We had great service and prices were very reasonable. Definitely give this spot a try!“

“The food is always great, and the service is pretty good too. Always busy, but yet it doesn't take long to go through the line or get your food. The only problem that is constant is the echoing sound from the customers. They need to install sound deadening panels around the lobby to cut down on the excess noise. Sometimes it is extremely loud, and if they have the music turned up, it increases the issue. But other than that, it's an amazing place to sit and eat a great meal.“
