Wait staff were very nice and professional, quick seating. However it took a long time for drinks to get to us. After we ordered our food it took a long time to even get our appetizers. When we did get our appetizers they were cold. Our entrees were cold as well after a long while waiting for them. During all this there where 9 customers total in the restaurant.

Waited 15 minutes and didn’t get a drink. 5 waitresses were at the computer screen just hanging out. The couple that came after me got served right away. I don’t think I have ever seen service this bad ever. The only person to acknowledge me was the woman who was cleaning the tables and learning. I hope they don’t teach her any bad habits

this place is so unprofessional the bartender that works Trey he gives drinks to people that are underage coworkers. the managers are hypocrites and wears things that are completely unprofessional such as see through shirts and unbuttoned polos, they over work there employees by making them wash dishes for 2 dollars and hour when that was never in the description they take your tips and lie about it even though there making minimum wage as well as taking advantage of teen workers they lie about your food it’s probably has been sitting under the light for 30mins bc expo won’t let you take it out this place is horrible don’t go there

The place was very cold. It felt like the air was on instead of heat. It took a long time to take our order and longer to get our food. One person at our table got their food a long time before the rest of us got ours, which made it uncomfortable for her to eat before us. BUT... the food was very good and I was surprised. Our tickets were all messed up as well. I say if you do not have enough staff then close off one area and let customers know that the wait might be awhile. Be honest up front.

I feel like they don't know how to make their own food. The wonton tacos were missing have the ingredients. We waited forever for a server and then when he came he didn't even know anything about the advertised special, despite the posters hanging all over! Just for an added bonus, our dinner was served with bar napkins. I will not visit this particular Applebee's again.

So we went in with a bigger group after a dance competition. We were seated and our drink orders were taken. It took over thirty minutes before everyone’s drinks came out. Also took over an hour and a half to bring out food and things were missing and wrong. I ordered a well done bourbon street steak. When I got it I cut it open just to see that it was bloody, pink, and burnt on the top. I was not going to return it because it had already taken so long. I also ordered bone in chicken wings and they never came, I also really didn’t want to have to wait another 20 minutes for wings. Many things came that were not even warm. I would not recommend this Applebee's for lager groups over 15 people. They are understaffed, we also called ahead to make sure that there was room for us. Very unsatisfied with everything here.
We were excited to go to Applebees while in Grand Island but unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy it. We (along with several other families) stood at the door waiting to be greeted for at least 10 mins without even a hello or acknowledgement. The place was definitely under 50% capacity on a Saturday at 6pm. Even though we wanted a table, we thought we’d try the bar and we were told by the bartender that the bar was closed and we had to wait for a table. That’s when we decided to leave - us and about 3 other families. Very unfortunate!

The beginning of the end is near! We came in for a late dinner around 8:30 pm with the chocolate lava cake in mind. First, the air conditioning was on when it's 40° outside. So incredibly cold we asked if it could be turned off because there were only 6 guests in the whole restaurant and none in our section. The air was not turned off.We ordered Fiesta lime chicken and substituted garlic mashed potatoes instead of rice, four cheese Mac and cheese with chicken and won ton tacos. The wonton tacos were great and arrived in a timely manner. The rest of the meal is where it went south. The Fiesta lime chicken was brought out over cooked and had been originally served with rice that had been scraped off yet sent out on the same plate with no side. I was informed that the potatoes would be right out. They didn't arrive until I was almost finished with my meal. The chicken on the Mac and cheese was also over cooked and so was the breadstick.Shortly after finally bringing the side that went with the fiesta lime chicken our ticket was brought. At this time we asked if we could order a dessert. After waiting 15 to 20 minutes with no dessert, no refills, no sever and a table full of empty dishes i noticed our server and two other employees were eating their own meals at a table by the bar. I ended up having to go to their table to ask for our check because we were tired of sitting in our coats waiting for a dessert that obviously wasnt even put in. Im very understanding if the restaurant is busy or understaffed, this was not the case there were 6 employees and 6 guests. Very disappointing experience!

Where do I even start, steaks we cooked well done, food was extremely cold, onion pieces were soaked in the sauce, shrimp was very spicy. Now the Cinnabon's: what a disappointment. They were cold and hard as a rock. This is by far the worst food we have ever had from Applebee's. We will not be back.
