They gave me a sandwich with raw roast beef. Drove back and told them and he admitted they took it out of the oven early. Then made me a new sandwich with no compensation after giving me raw food. Picture is of the raw meat next to a cooked piece.

you can't pay with your phone in the drive through because they "can't touch your phone it's not covered by our insurance" ?I won't be going back, literally every other drive through in the world has phone pay option

You say we got the meat but there was very little meat. I asked for no bun. I have done this before and was very pleased but what bothered me was the manager said it was by weight. They must of weighted it with the cheese and sauce. I gave it back and I will go to south Locust next time. I hope it isn't bad

I visit Arby's drive-through quite often as I love their Beef Sliders for the quality, taste, and price. I like their chocolate malts, too. Service has always been fast & friendly. Nice, big parking lot. I highly recommend them.
