This place is gross and Smokey and the service is terrible things are being thrown around there is bad language they are slow and the food is burnt most of the time cuz they dnt change the oil terrible service always out of ice or soda ice cream machine is never working always dirty never cleaned tables r greasey floor is nasty looking food is cold and not cooked properly meet is pink notice not everyone uses gloves they r very disrespectful to there employees as well

Placed an order online went to pick it up customer service is horrible not only that I got home to find out they gave mi a chicken sandwich with the chicken so old and dry burnt couldn't even try it had to throw it in the trash and the fries were dark black was afraid to try them too the only good thing was the coke drink do not recommend anyone going to this place I have to throw it all in the trash and go get food somewhere else

Took almost 20 minutes to get our food and by the time we got it, it was cold. No one was working, but one girl and everyone else was in the office being lazy.

I came in for a simple meal and was told it would be a 30 minute wait because the manager said her "line" outside was wrapped around the building and had only had "2"staff making it seem as if the customers that came in weren't as important also no toilet paper in the bathrooms!!! Come on burger king you can do better!!!!
