. Unfortunate experience here. Tried stopping on a Sunday 3-17-24. Host was great, waitress was great .. she was busyBut the dark haired Indian gal behind the bar... nope. High as a kite. We were done with 2 bowls of chips, salsa and queso 35 min.before she brought us the first incorrect drink. Then had to ask us againWhat we ordered. Brought us 2 more incorrect drinks. We left cash on the table for the water and Mt dew and chips. And walked out. Other families had complained to manager while we were there , others were still waiting on food, chips, drinks. Last visit for us. The young staffers were doing excellent, and our waitress had tried to tell dark haired indian lady behind the bar about our drinks but I watched her completely ignore her because she was talking to her friends. She needs walked out .. maybe a drug test. Sheesh

This place is a dump. My booth seat had a broken spring I had to sit on. The service was slow, and the food not so good. The bathrooms were in bad shape, and smelled like outhouses. The whole place needs a major remodel

I was dining in the bar area a couple weeks ago and all the sudden heard man from behind the bar starting to yell very loudly. It startled me. At the same time I hear a woman (looked to be a manager) yelling at a waitress. Then I see the woman throw money in the face of the waitress, and yelled at her to go home. A few minutes later I could hear lots of people yelling coming from the kitchen area. I'm not exactly sure of the situation, but to see any employee get yelled at and have money thrown at them in front of the customers is just disgusting and degrading.A little later I saw waitress leaving as she was crying. I couldn't believe the level of unprofessionalism that I witnessed. I sure do hope the waitress is ok.I go there often and have never seen anything like this before. Food and drinks were great as always!Hopefully you guys can find some more professional employees.

I was visiting from out of town tonight, and decided to make a quick stop at Carlos o Kelly’s, despite the crowd of people, Robert our server was on the ball. Robert made the experience the best I’ve had in a long time! Excellent service all around from him! Keep up the great work rob!
