We had Eileen's Colossal Cookies do a private cookie decorating event for our Kansas Ladies Freemasons Group at Hilton Garden Inn in Manhattan KS. The whole experience was amazing! Jared and his cookie decorators are so talented. We learned a lot and had a ton of fun! Thank you Eileen's Colossal Cookies for a exceptional evening! By the way the cookies are exceptional too!

Recently purchased our son's giant Birthday cookie at Eileen's per his wishes and it turned out great! Ordered one of their Husker designs. Browsing the iPad for selections was helpful! We have also ordered customs designs in the past and they have always looked great. We like to stop in for their seasonal cookies and regular ones as well. Have always had kind and professional help from the employees there and recognize some great kids (and adults) working hard. Our favorites are the frosted chocolate chip cookies, molasses when they're available and the peanut butter chocolate chip!

Called before 1pm today to get a 40th Birthday 12" cookie for my son. They wouldn't do it. I had the design and would pay over the phone, I even tried to say I could come at 3:45pm. She still wouldn't budge. I've been buying my son his birthday cookies for years. It's a tradition. Real bummed. Bad service in my opinion as I always buy dozens as well when I'm there.

The cookies are always great, but today I wanted to buy 6 of one kind and 6 of another and I was told they don't do 1/2 dozens??? I ended up buying 2 dozen, which is more than I needed....I have mixed up a dozen cookies in the past so don't know why this changed or if the young gal helping me just didn't know it could be done? Seems weird to me - a dozen is a dozen. I think they are all the same price. ?
Idk what’s changed but use to love all the cookies from this store! All of this last batch we purchased were crumbly and dry and the taste is definitely not the same ! That was my last time buying from there !

A year or so ago I used to buy cookies from here and they were great and decorated great!! New team members and probably lack of motivation has caused them to decorate poorly, as well as the cookies tasting weird and not done. I know an Eileen's cookie texture, it wasn't it. Recommend going. Dont be disappointed if it isn't how it used to be though.

The frosting literally peeled up in layers when cutting which told me cookie was frozen even though I ordered 2 days in advance to make sure it was fresh. Calling did nothing of as they said that they don't freeze sugar cookies (bs) and it didn't taste right either. The last 5 years Eileen's has gone down hill!
