Hey, the Hardees here in grand island nebraska is using ice out of garbage bags. Garbage bags are toxic and not food safe to store ice in. I just thought you'd like to know. Please share this information with everyone that you know. My post got deleted on the grand island eats facebook page.One of the managers is super lazy and should be fired but the general manager is her friend. The regional manager told them to stock up on ice and put it in garbage bags -- that regional manager took the ice maker from this hardees. This is super messed up.

Well, it is a good time to start the summer diet! Eat at Hardee's on Webb in GI. The staff is super friendly and you get to pay for extra protein. There is a not so fun crunch in that ham and cheese sandwich. Yeah, not sure what bug these limbs came from, I'm gonna guess a cockroach. And I obviously ate that. So you fed me a cockroach and who knows what was in my other food. $26 to throw up.

Miss Paula helped me today and was so kind! I asked about gluten free options and she informed me that I can order any sandwich as a lettuce wrap. Her service was superb and the food was delicious. This was my first time eating at a Hardee's, thank you for making it a good experience!Edit: miss Paula came to check on me after I finished eating to make sure everything was good. She is the sweetest :,^)

I've been here twice, both times have been amazing food and service. Me and my brother came today and was greeted by Paula in the Dine in. Very friendly and informative about gluten free options. Again, great food, and great experience.Prices are a bit more than other fast food places, but it's definitely worth it to me. They even came to make sure we had any sauces we wanted and the food was good, would recommend.

Just ordered a western bacon burger and drove 1.5 hrs home , to find a burger with no meat in it! Just onion ring, bacon, and sauce….. what kind of moron can’t make a burger correctly???? SMH!

I used to work there. None of the high schoolers wanted to work. Managers didn't give a crap about what time you got off. And corporate was worse.

With only two people working, they did a great job keeping up with the orders.
We were sitting in the drive through for 5 minutes waiting to order. There was nobody in front and nobody behind us. And they weren’t busy inside either. Anyways, a girl final talks to us but she say “I’ll be with you in a moment,” in such a snarky tone. My family and I look at each other and leave. We love Hardees but they were so rude, disrespectful, and not professional. Get better employees that know what good costumer service is. And we have always had this problem in the past here. We have heard cussing and screaming coming from the back while waiting to get our order taken or waiting 20-30 minutes for our food.

Hardee’s should be expecting a law suit for improper higiene first time I try it and in the first bite I get a hair in my f*ckng food and waited out there for 34 minutes

Excellent experience as always. Quick to answer right away when I pulled up to the drive thru and very courteous as well. The entire experience a 5 star plus given that the employee was upbeat and dis not sound like they were being made to do their job against their will. Too many places I visit these days the employee sounds like they have better things to do than help me get what I am asking for. Thankfully that was NOT the case here. That in itself will have me returning more often thanks to a friendly voice and prompt service. Bravo! Keep up the GREAT work!!!

We literally just stood there waiting almost 15 minutes and not a one of the three ladies in there even acknowledged us. The drive thru was busy but there was only one other family dining in. We walked out. Even if they would have said hello, we will be with you in a minute, but NOTHING! Very rude!
