On Sunday, 2/19/24 my wife and I came in for breakfast. While the wait was horrible not the issue I had. Once we got sat down our waitress “Lisa G” is what I was told her name is, was Beyond your typical mistake here and there. I understand that when a place gets busy and you have a waitress running multiple tables it could get a little overwhelming for them. But this was more than an overwhelming situation for our waitress. She did not show that she had any interest in taking care of our table. She walked around like she was trying out for the new emo music video. She also took a very long time to come back to our table for anything, even to check on our drinks. Now that wasn’t even the worst of my visit, I can understand people dealing with wait staff like this. I just leave tips based on their performance. Now the entire reason for having to take time out of my day to write this review. I ordered the Colorado omelette, should be full of shredded beef, sausage, onions and so on. Now it didn’t come out the way I ever seen it, with the shredded beef on top of the omelette , mine came out with little meat on the inside and nothing on the top. Now I could have dealt with with that as well chalk it up to maybe a new cook or something. But as I got about half way through the omelette I had taken a bit and bit down on a huge piece of black plastic. It appeared to have broken off of something in their kitchen. Now I could have just taken the bill being covered because I wasn’t going to eat another bit, but the waitress snatched the plastic off the table and ran it to the trash. Her manager who decided to come to my table and suggested that I had placed the plastic in my omelette stating they don’t have plastic in the kitchen. I have called my lawyer and let the manager know also got her on a recorded call stating it did come from her kitchen, maybe from a handle of one of the utensils used, and her refusing to give me any kind of insurance information. She also said that she would have the owner contact me and I haven’t heard any thing yet. I would suggest no one eat at this establishment, between the wait staff and managers being incompetent and the kitchen staff being careless, I have had to set up a dentist appointment to check for chips and cracks. I will also be taking this to the papers and new stations, radio stations, any where and every where I can get this out to the public.

Today is 2-11-2024. Took wife out to enjoy Sunday meal and heard some of the worst language from staff I ever heard. They were laughing and giggling so loud it was ridiculous and one young girl said loud as you could please" I don't give F...k!" Not once but several times, Sounding like trash! So unprofessional and horrible reflection of IHOP. Server was super nice and embarrassed by her coworkers. Gave you the date and the time was 3:20pm. Not hard to figure out who was working at this time. Please handle this because we traveled 40 miles to eat there. Where was your manager during this stupidity. I usually never leave a bad review but this was unacceptable! TY.

This is the forth time we have eaten at an IHOP. The first three times I would only give this establishment a 1 to 2 stars. This was the first time we received good food. The service was excellent. Everything was cooked and prepared correctly.

Food was great. Waitress was super friendly and attentive, she even got us some fruit for our baby to keep him happy while we waited for our food.Our seat was near the door, so everytime someone came in and out it was really cold, but not much they can do about that.
