Food was great, but ordered for curbside pickup and sat there for 8 mins waiting after I had checked in on the app. All the while the employees stood inside chatting with eachother. Finally, I got frustrated and parked and went in. Stood there and said I had a curbside pickup order. The kid looked down and handed me a bag that was sitting right in front of him. I smiled and left all while reading the poster they had in the window saying. Don't get out of your car, check in on the app and we will bring it to you.Lesson learned.

The young gentleman behind the counter who was at the register needs some customer service instruction. We are sorry that we came in so you weren't able to take your break exactly on time. A thank you would be nice to tell a customer.

I've never been disappointed at JJ's. Of course, they are "freaky fast", and the rewards program is pretty good! I love the heat of the jimmy peppers added to any sandwich!
interesting LADY behind counter. Kind of stern with help. Maybe teaching. but I would have walked our on her.piercing voice that traveled thru entire restaurant. Red died hair.Made fun of an employee nor knowing about foot release on perhaps oven or cooler. and said she has been there over a year and can't remember.just remember people hear everything you say.And you are representing the company and the store at all time.
