Stopped in for dinner while visiting the area. Quickly seated at a nicely appointed table and were attended to promptly by our waitress. Ordered our entrées and received delicious freshly baked rolls to hold us over until our meals arrived. Do yourself a favor and definitely get the oil for the bread when offered! So incredibly delicious, with little red pepper flakes, and was the perfect addition to the rolls; we nearly liked the plates that oil was so good! Hubby had Lasagna, while I had the Manicoti; both served piping hot and were delicious!The only negative to share is every time a customer entered/exited via the front door, an arctic blast of freezing cold air swept in and we were in direct line of the chill it brought. Considered asking to be moved to another table, but we stayed where we were. Just a side note for future patrons to take into consideration if they're sensitive to the cold. We will definitely be back next time we drive through.

I'm used to eating chicken marmalade with fettuccine noodles. When they substitute regular spaghetti noodles for fettuccine then I'm not interested in your food. I don't do substitutions. Not impressed.

RUN RUN RUN. The food is well below average, never in my life have I ever walked out on a restaurant, but Napoli’s has done it. I do not recommend and I am astonished by how they got 4.4 stars. I felt like this establishment was barely hanging on, and I’m frightened how the kitchen looked and how the staff cooked the food just by the quality of food and the quality of the establishment. I do not mean any hate to the restaurant but it was extremely disappointing.

More authentic than olive garden. Really good food . One downside I thought their location by mall was bad but at least parking was better . Now that it's at a hotel there were like 3 parking spots open yet only 5 people in restaurant. Not restaurant fault that everyone park for hotel but hope they look at other places to be at in future. They moved once already another move would probably be good

The food was absolutely delicious!! I had the pasta sampler with pink sauce!! There was so much food and was like $12 I will definitely go back!!
food was delicious! They came out with the wrong plate and quickly made my order right. The salad was good, would have been nice to have a bit fresher lettus. the waiter was very nice and kept our drinks filled. check was promptly given and handled in a timely manner! will visit again!

Placed an order for delivery and when we got the pizza it was cold. Had good flavor but would've been better hot. Nice thin crust too. Good garlic flavor. We ordered delivery because we're passing through and staying in a hotel nearby. Not sure if we'll try this place again but if we do, we'll eat in the restaurant.

Ribeye was a bit all over the place, bit underdone in some spots, overdone in others. Still tasted great, good service, very quick to respond. Also got french fries instead of fried potatoes, but personally, im fine with that.
