The ingredients in my philly cheesesteak is pretty darn good but the bread is too flakey. If Pepperjax used better quality hoagie rolls they would be 5*. I mean not like Chubby's or Delasandro's mind you but could be one some of the best Cheesesteak's in the Midwest region if they fix that problem ?

First time eating at a PepperJax Grill. Sandwiches were good. Fries were fantastic.
Could be cleaned a little better table was sticky windows dirty but customer service was great an food wonderful!Kid-friendliness: My toddler had space to let out a little pint up energy an the staff didn't seem to mind
Ordered a Philly. It was very tasty. Down side it was very greasy. Fries were excellent. Floors were a little dirty. The men's room had a broken lock, so anyone could walk in on you..... staff was friendly.

This is a fast food location however be prepared to pay 5 star prices. What I'm saying is the cost is on par with a reservation restaurant where the waiter wears a tux. But wait you have to order at the window and everything is alacart. I spent more here then most sit down joints and relieved no drink so be prepared to drop 15 to 18 dollars for a just ok meal and then they want a tip for not really offering any over the top service. The only over the top is the price I won't be going back. I spend less at most places including a tip and better service. Was not worth the price.

Very unsatisfied, had to back up in the drive through and ask for the fries I paid for only for the server, Christian, to not say a single word to me and give me someone else’s sandwich instead of what I paid for. Extremely disappointed.

I went through the drive thru and the staff were friendly. I got the chicken philly and fries. The sandwich was kind of blah even with vegetables and then fries were good, but too salty.
