I go here every once in a while, I am always nice and have the same order.. Almost every single time I am met with rude employees. The rudest being the older gal (maybe an owner?). This last time I went, she got pissy and and made rude comments as my burrito was big. I order the same thing every single time and it has never been an issue at other qudobas, and even here I've never been belittled because of my order. She then took my burrito into the back room (doing who knows what) and then brought it back. I have been to over 20+ Qudobas and this is by FAR the worst one I have ever been to. Consistently. If you can't tell, I'm really unhappy for how I was treated this last time.

The food was delicious! I got a pork burrito. Everything was fresh and tasted great. I would say it has a likeness to Cali style Mexican food. It was clean, the food was good. I have nothing negative to say. My experience was good!

They don't accept QDOBA coupons received from QDOBA at this location apparently. Strange. Not much point of being a return customer if they aren't going to honor a deal.

This rating is all before ever ordering. Door says close at 10 pm, but a sign said hours had changed to 7pm. on Sundays. Typical of many places anymore. It is 6:30 ,one of the children working (yes, they were quite young) is stacking chairs, VERY loudly, instead of assisting the two people with the 5 of us and 3 others in line. Then, they came back, picked up gloves with the fingers to put in, without washing their hands to finally assist with food. The couple behind us walked out as they did this. If one of mine hadn't already ordered food, we'd have walked out then. This is not typical of my Qdoba experiences, but I'm from out of town. I just hope those of our group that ordered food don't get sick from it. I've held every food permit Nebraska requires, and I hate to see a restaurant run like this.

It's gone down hill bad got there right after opening and the food was old like from the night prior queso was burnt and had black chunks in it chips tasted like they were 3 days old and left open.

I love to get the rice bowl everytime we go there. This last time i was there was 4/27/23 the gentlemen that took my order was awsome and cared about the product he was selling! I still have hope in the community of grand island. You wont be dissapointed if you spend your hard earned money here!
