The customer service here is stellar. It’s been a very long time since I’ve experienced this level of customer service at a fast food restaurant. The staff was extraordinary friendly and went above and beyond in everything they did while I was there. I was there on 11/29/23 at around 6:00. Kudos to the staff working during this time.

this Taco John's is the worst i have ever been to if you value your money don't go there twice now they have over charged me and then say they void the transaction and they don't and then turn around and charge you again . then tell you that it takes up to 10 days to get the charges reversed and then it still doesn't go back on your card i was there a few months ago and this happened then i was there on the 24th and they did it again and when i called them out the manager started freaking out which i'm sure she's on something . tried to get my money back wouldn't give it to me or give me the voided transaction or my reciept. tried calling the owner in kearney no response have also tried calling cooperate in wyo. no response. so now i have had to go to my bank and they are going to do a fraud claim on them. the food was terrible the management is horrible. will never be back.

It was the worst customer service experience ever the food was gross. I ordered a super burrito but 1 get one for a dollar Annie rang it up 2x wrong pointed out the flyer on window. She acted annoyed and rang up again. when my food came to go I asked for a receipt. She messed around awhile and then told me ( I can't print you a receipt) I said the original receipt was laying next to register. She found it said 2 meat n potato. I said ( I want the super burrito ) and handed it back she said no u couldn't have cause I ordered that. I don't eat potatoes. I asked for refund she said no I ordered that. I asked for owner or managers name she refused to give me.

Ordered two burritos with meat, cheese, lettuce and sour cream only. When they read the order back over the intercom they got the order wrong. Then I talked to both the lady and the man and made sure they wouldn’t add the tomatoes or potato oles to the burritos. Thought they had it right but then drove off and there was tomatoes and potato oles on the burritos. They got it wrong both times I corrected them (at the intercom and the window talking with them face to face). I was upset and didn’t want to go back so I immediately went to the Taco Johns on Locust and made the same order as last time and specified NO Tomato! He told us the burrito doesn’t come with tomato so I don’t know why the Taco Johns on 2nd Street would put tomatoes on the burritos.I can say I’m never going to the Taco Johns on second street ever again!

Ordered 2 burritos without sour cream and yet again, both burritos had sour cream in them. The kitchen staff focus on their own idle time conversations and nothing else. Not the first time this has happened here. I will not return. I suggest you find somewhere else to eat too.

The taco was delicious. And cheap because it was Taco tuesday. The only thing I was concerned about is that they have gloves on and they leave them on everywhere they go in the store. Like they touch the cash register and leave them on they deliver food and leave them on. And so I'm hoping I don't get food poisoning. Because I don't know if those were clean gloves they had on when they put the lettuce and cheese on my taco. Just the truth people. Signed your local Health Department.

Ordered my food threw door dash and this is how the guy got it. Someone in a rush and didn’t slow down and didn’t seal the cheese lid!! Now I have cheese everywhere to pick up! ?
