The first time I came here I had such an exceptional experience that I up talked this place to my family for months. When we finally had a chance to come as a family that was not the case which was a big bummer. The bread was close to burnt but the food was not all too bad. The biggest thing was the service, it took long time to get our order and moreover get refills or ask for something simple like another drink or condiments. We asked for more bread and it was completely forgotten.I hope they look into this and put more effort into the service to make it a better experience for everyone in the future.

Steaks were under cooked. Asked to return. They only took mine. Once they finally came back 25 mins later, everything else that was on my plate they took… was COLD!! There was one table when we got there and it took over an hour to finally get our food right that we no longer had time to eat since we needed to get back to the cheer competition. Then they charged our card for over $200 when it was the WRONG ticket. Not even a sorry! $8 was taken off each steak that we couldn’t eat so $50 meal for 2 salads and cheese sticks. If they would have even apologizing, I’d have different feels. Horrible service and food for the first time there. Never going back!

We waited 30 minutes after putting in our order just for our waitress Ashley (who was amazing by the way) to tell us they don't have ribs. We put in a new order and waited for 2 hours before we had to go up to the manager and tell him to cancel our order because we walked in at 7 and still didn't have our food by 9. We also live 2 hours away from this restaurant so we had a long way home and thought it would be a quick stop. After telling them we wanted to cancel the two steaks we waited while the other three people we were with finished up their food. Right before we were about to leave our amazing waitress came up to us and told us that the two steaks just got done and they would give them to us in to-go boxes free of charge. We accepted the offer but about 2 minutes later she came back and told us her manager wanted us to pay for half after we sat there for 2 and a half hours. Anyways don't recommend at all especially if you're in a time crunch. but loved our waitress!
I asked for a medium rare steak and I got a raw steak. they barely took the time to sear the meat.

Every time we go here, the food is great. I didn't enjoy the ribs the first time there but my wife liked them. I really enjoy the steak and the salad is an awesome idea. The chocolate cake is a perfect way to end the meal. Our daughter had a great time celebrating her birthday there.

Service was quick. The restaurant was packed for a Friday night around 7ish.. we were able to sit at the bar which had about 6 chairs and have a pre-dinner cocktail. We were also able to peek at the menu which has a great variety of steak, chicken , ribs and fish/shrimp to choose from. Ambiance was kid friendly but not so distracting that you can't have a conversation.
