My uncle came in to town and we decided to go here for sushi with some friends. We had a great experience and the sushi was perfect and delicious. Definitely the only sushi spot in town that I trust.

This restaurant is top notch. I would call it Asian fusion cuisine since you can get anything from sushi to pad Thai to Chinese dishes. Try the shrimp wonton soup - it's delicious. Although we usually order carry out, the restaurant is nice & the service is always quite good.

Chaotic CF... We, 3 adults,1 teen and 1 older child went in at 4:20 pm. Restaurant was about half full. We were seated right away. Our server appeared about 10 minutes later with menus and then went about serving others. 15 minutes later she took our drink and appetizer orders. Another 10-15 minutes tick by, and she brought our iced teas. About 40 minutes later, she brought grandma's sushi. Another 20 minutes go by and she presents grandma and oldest grandson's orders. She then explains that somehow our appetizer order got missed and they were making it now. I asked her about the rest of our entrée orders. She said that she would be bringing them out shortly. We all received our orders, one-plate-at-a-time... my Happy Family order was room temperature. She then brought out the appetizer orders stating that the Manager is comping those (decent thing to do), thank you for that. We asked for extra napkins early in the dinner, but they didn't show up until she presented the check for $116.70. Not once asked if our drinks needed to be refilled. Seemed like nice atmosphere, but organization is not their strength. We have never been there, and will never go back. I left a small tip because I felt somewhat obligated to leave something...

Came in with an open mind since I haven't been. Waiter was kind and just doing his job. I ordered a crunchy roll and they brought out a california roll. They argued with me that it was a crunchy roll when it was in-fact not. Other than that, food was great and good quality.

I used to work there and I was fired around when Covid started because I got Covid. Still don’t know why I was fired. But when I went to go eat there with my friend one of the servers yelled at me because I said my food was cold. She was a coworker of mine but was very rude and they are still very rude to me today. When I worked there, there was a lot of cross-contamination in the kitchen. I have photos but don’t want to get in trouble I would recommend staying away from this restaurant I didn’t tip on a pick up order and I was yelled at by one of the staff also for not tipping

YIKES. This place is struggling pretty badly from my experience. The staff was slow, stressed, and inattentive. A large collection of used glassware (at least 15 pieces) was allowed to steadily accumulate next to my seat at the bar where I was supposedly going to be able to enjoy my meal. For whatever reason, the guy making drinks never bussed these glasses and only continued adding to this mess along with the few servers.I ordered a hot and sour soup (the exact same foodservice-supplied version you find across the country at strip mall Chinese restaurants) and a dish called Red Curry Chicken. The actual "chicken" was either pork or chicken that had been frozen and thawed multiple times prior to being cooked. It was absolutely inedible. Texture and flavor were ghastly. Bummer. When I mentioned to the server that as a chef myself I found the chicken to be a form of inhumane punishment being served to guests, he just said "sorry sir" and didn't consider offering a partial refund or credit. Whelp. I would definitely advise against coming here or at the least ever ordering an entree with "chicken."

Talk about a hidden gem! This is a diamond in the rough! OMG! The food is amazing! The sweet and sour chicken is mouth watering! The egg drop soup is wonderful as well! If you need your Chinese food fix in and around Grand Island this is the place!

It was a pleasantly surprising find for central Nebraska as we were driving through to Denver. The establishment offered a nice, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. Service was a bit slow, and our appetizer was served at the same time with our entrees. That said, the food was really good.

12/6/23 we had a fantastic experience here. We have been very impressed with every time we have eaten here. On this particular visit, the individual who waited on us recommended something that was not on the menu. Wow! It was definitely worth coming in. We were treated extremely well even though we came in with only 40 minutes left in their hours of operation. Couldn't recommend eating here more highly!

The waitress was very nice & attentive. We were able to make a few requests on one of our rolls that they happily changed for us. The honey walnut shrimp was amazing. I'm still thinking about the sauce, it was great! Very nice and clean place. Can't wait to come back!

The can be pricey, but it really is delicious. I've been several times and the staff was very attentive most of the times. The last time I went, the restaurant wasn't that busy and we waited 30 min at our table and no one ever came back to attempt to take our order (and they escort you to your table so they knew we were there), We just ended up leaving and haven't been physically back (but we have ordered takeout from here because the food is really good).

Wasabi is a pretty decent place to go! The honey chicken is very delicious and bursts with flavor, I recommend it. The inside of the place is pretty kept up, and sleek. The service is good, but from time to time the service isn't that great. Take this all into consideration before heading to Wasabi!
