Karen was awesome to work with, she was great at communication and it was clear that her #1 goal was to help us have the best wedding day possible, not to mention that the space is BEAUTIFUL! They worked with us and were transparent about things as we discussed possible changes due to COVID19 and also allowed us to retrieve our left behind items.
