Horrible organizational structure. Every time I go there, they either lose my order give my order to somebody else or leave my order to sit while I’m sitting there for an over an hour and not telling me it was ready. If you go there prepared to be extremely frustrated if you do an online order. Also, tables are left dirty with food on them whole place needs a good cleaning.

Never been to Wingstop, but after coming here I wouldn’t go back. Tried the popular hot honey chicken tenders since it was recommended a popular flavor. Very gross I don’t know what seasoning that is, but it was the worst chicken tenders I’ve ever had. Let alone they were soaked in a puddle of grease in the basket they served it in. I ate maybe half of only one of the 3 tenders I got because it was THAT bad. Tables weren’t the cleanest either and the wait for the food (about 40-45 min) wasn’t worth it. The only thing decent out of everything we ordered (garlic parm wings, Buffalo wings, fries, and hot honey chicken tenders) were the Buffalo wings. Definitely don’t recommend.

Please stay away from this place. They don’t care about customers. Ordered in the app like several other times. Driver took it to the wrong address and said it was my fault. Sorry, try again. So he went back and got our food from the other house. We get the order and it was incorrect. Tried to call for 20 minutes and they refuse to answer the phone. This was ordered an hour before close and really shouldn’t have had these issues. They refused the call until they closed. So it looks like I will be in first thing in the morning to speak to someone. The cost for this food is extremely high like everything else. I would hope that at least they can do is provide some customer service. I reach around 50-100 people a day in my 70 hours I work every week. I am telling everyone. I hope that Grand Island decides that this place needs to go. It’s sad they run this good business into the ground. we never had issues in Des Moines when we lived there.

This was absolutely the dirtiest restaurant I've ever eaten in. Everything was covered in some greasy or sticky, including the tray my food came on. The food was good and fresh, but I can see why everyone who came through while I was there had take-out orders.

I love wingstop but this GI location falls short every single time. I don’t eat here as much because 9/10 Im disappointed. We are a family of four and spend a pretty penny Everytime we order from here! The wings are never cooked well enough for us so we order well done just to get home to some barely cooked wings. My family likes lemon pepper and there’s barely any lemon pepper on the wings. They taste bland. When we ask for extra lemon pepper they over season them and they are too salty. We have never had this problem at any other location. My husband always picks up the food but now that I see other reviews and pics I don’t think I ever want to eat at this location again. It sucks because this location is fairly new and GI doesn’t really have too many restaurants to offer.

Wauted 45 minutes for 8 wings when nobody else was in the restaurantAnd they got the order wrong.And the fries were cold.All for the low price of $15.

Ordered delivery, only got a third of our food, was then told to drive to Wingstop and pick up our food. Drove there and was told to wait an extra 15 minutes. Only reason this is 2 stars is because the food was good.

Wouldn't come here if you only have an hour for lunch we ordered 2 chicken sandwich combo meals at 12:10 it is now 12:50 and we don't have them still (we are the only ones here)
