I have never had a bad meal at the Blue Fork; however the Pulled Pork Macaroni and cheese was disappointing. The macaroni was laying in fluid (water?)covered with a thick layer of pulled pork, bbq sauce and cheese. I really expected to see “true” macaroni and cheese in this item.
We've never had a bad experience at Blue Fork. We've eaten there many times and have always enjoyed it. The staff is well trained and very professional. The food is always really good.

Our 3 dishes were great, including a burger sourced from much better than average quality beef. Also a very fresh tasting poke bowl and a unique appetizer.Gretchen was our server and cared for us as if she owns the place, which is so rare anymore. Wish we lived closer to sample the rest of the menu.
