This restaurant gets a hard time for wait times but what customers fail to realize is that they are insanely under staffed in the evening times two people sometimes just one person is doing everything so before you give them a bad rating understand what they are going threw on the inside of the restaurant! The food is delicious the staff is doing the best that they can with what they are given please be kind and be patient with them! However the gm should probably work some night shifts to help his over worked employees out or bare min schedule more employees!! The employee in the photo is working solo at 11:48 pm with a stack of orders BY HERSELF!!! Unfortunately there were Flys bothering us.French fries were hot and dark brown, I'm sure that they had been reheated OR almost burnt in fryer. Burgers were ok.Atmosphere was good, cause nobody but us and 2 others were there.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Horrible service. Waited over a half hour for 2 large onion rings while not busy at all and then when I go up and say something because their all just wandering around, they had to drop them still! Horrible Horrible.

Have gone there 4 times in 2 weeks for just an Oreo shake. Every time I’ve gone they say the ice cream machine is broken. Ridiculous. If you want anything related to ice cream don’t even think about going here.

Bad service, place is disgusting! All the tables were dirty, the baby high chairs were disgusting I was not going to sit my baby in that. We waited for our food for 30+ minutes cuz they wouldn't give us a refund. Super bad service!!! We were going to dine in but with how disgusting it was we left!

This place has really gone down hill. Just ordered food and the fries were super old and cold same with the patties on the burger. The bacon was black. It's been like this the last 6 times I went. Im never going back to this place. At least at this location.

I used to be a closing crew leader at this store (10579.) I am genuinely surprised at how bad the service has gotten. Out of a $30 order, only one sandwich was made correctly, and we didn't even get the sauces we ordered. To the credit of the manager / crew leader that had my order fixed, it was correct the second time. Had to drive all the way back from the far south end of town though. Back in the day, we used to pride ourselves on being accurate and fast on second shift. I fully understand that many new employees have started there, but this needs balanced with better oversight by senior crew members.

Its literally so slow, They prioritize the drive through more than the inside customers. We waited 15 minutes and we had to go up to the counter because they wer letting our meal sit there starting to get cold.
